The DQ200 is a 7-speed dry-clutch DSG used across many Volkswagen Group vehicles. Its clutch system and mechatronic differ substantially from the wet-clutch DSG family, so diagnosis needs to be specific to the gearbox.

Technical note

Common diagnostic areas include clutch adaptation and wear, hydraulic pressure, accumulator performance, selector position sensing, gear-fork operation and electrical supply.
