Hydraulic pressure faults require more than a code read. Actual pressure behaviour, pump operation, accumulator performance, electrical supply and internal leakage may need assessment.

Technical note

The same symptom can be produced by different faults across DQ200, DQ250, DQ381, DQ500 and S tronic variants. We identify the transmission and test the system indicated by the evidence rather than treating the symptom as a guaranteed component failure.

Common reasons to book

  • Transmission warning displayed
  • Harsh or delayed engagement
  • Shudder, slip or loss of drive
  • Fault returns after being cleared
  • Intermittent gear-selection problem
  • Vehicle enters transmission failsafe mode

What we can assess

  • Transmission identification
  • Full transmission fault scan
  • Freeze-frame and live-data review
  • Clutch / pressure / selector testing as relevant
  • Electrical supply and connector checks when indicated
  • Clear next-step repair direction
